When students get promoted, they choose between receiving a celebratory throw and a celebratory choke.This child preferred to be thrown. The children learn many techniques, including landing safely when thrown.

We are the only academy in Utah with five certified Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Black Belts! We all trained and were awarded our black belts under Professor Pedro Sauer while he was here in Salt Lake City, Utah.
